1. All platform content, including the trade name "Tarsyah", logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, software and databases, is owned by or licensed to Tarsyah Auctions Company and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely to take part in auctions. No content may be copied, republished, modified, sold or commercially exploited without the company's prior written consent.
3. Using any automated means to collect, scrape or copy platform data or content is prohibited.
4. Images, documents and descriptions of listed assets are provided by their owners or by the company and are used only to present the auction; they may not be used outside the platform.
5. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please file a report through the complaints service on the "My Services" page or contact us at info@tarsyah.com, identifying the content and evidence of your ownership. We will handle the report under our complaints policy.
6. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
