Once the payment process is completed, the client must be present in person to sign the delivery voucher at the designated location for collection within the specified period or the appointment set by Tarsyah Auctions Company or the supplier. In the event of not adhering to the appointment, storage fees will be applied to the item at a rate of 100 riyals per day. In the event of a legal power of attorney authorizing another person to receive and sign, and they are not entitled to cancel the power of attorney except after obtaining the approval of the sales agent or Tarsyah Auctions Company, please also send it in advance to the email info@tarsyah.com

In conclusion, the above regulations and rules are to be referred to in general without being used against Tarsyah Auctions Company, and no regulation may be interpreted in a way that is misunderstood and adversely affects one of the parties. The foregoing rules do not impose on Tarsyah Auctions Company any legal or official responsibility, and our responsibility is confined to anything issued from our offices signed and approved by those authorized to sign at Tarsyah Auctions Company
