• A client wishing to take part in any live auction on the Tarsyah Auctions platform must top up their wallet with the amount specified as the auction entry fee designated for each lot they wish to bid on.
• The wallet top-up process is carried out through the following steps:
o When requesting a wallet top-up, the client is moved to the Nafath (National Single Sign-On) page to verify their identity.
o After the identity-verification step via Nafath, the client becomes able to top up their wallet through the SADAD service, where the client specifies the amount they wish to add to their wallet and a SADAD invoice is issued to them for the value of the desired top-up amount plus the service fees of the Tarsyah Auctions platform, and a message is sent to them from the SADAD system with the invoice number; upon payment, the amount appears in the client's wallet immediately.
o With each bidding operation, the entry deposit for the bid lot is deducted from the wallet balance and remains held on the bid lot, then the balance is returned to them in the event that the bid is exceeded by another client higher than their bid value.
o When the client bids on lots higher than the value of the wallet balance, the platform notifies the client of the insufficiency of the balance for bidding.
o When the auction period ends, the deposit amount for each lot awarded to the client is held, and an invoice is issued to them from the SADAD system for the remaining amount to pay the full value of the purchased lot plus value-added tax and the service fees of the Tarsyah Auctions platform
o In the event that the client does not commit to completing the payment of the value of their purchases, the auction entry deposit is confiscated in favor of the auction owner.
o In the event that the client wishes to keep their wallet balance to bid on other lots in live auctions listed on the platform, they may do so at their own personal responsibility.
o The client is not entitled to keep a balance in their wallet for upcoming auctions not listed on the platform.
• The winner of one of the goods must pay the amounts due from them after the auction, noting that they will not be able to recover any of the amounts they have paid in the event of their failure to pay the remaining amounts due from them, as they are not entitled to a refund in exchange for returning the purchased goods for any reason whatsoever.
• The entry deposit is confiscated in the event that the bidder violates the auction rules in a way that results in missing the sale opportunity or their failure to complete the deal. In the event that the auction (for movable assets) is awarded to the bidder and they do not collect the movable assets within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of their payment of the sale amount, the sale is canceled and those assets are re-offered again for auction, with the first buyer bearing the price difference; and if the sale price on re-auctioning exceeds the highest price, then here the buyer's right to claim any amounts lapses, due to their breach of the payment terms and the auction provisions
• The bidder is not entitled to recover any fees after the start of the display or after the bidder has submitted offers in that auction.
• In the event that the bidder did not buy any lot, or there was a surplus balance in the wallet, the client can submit a request through the platform to recover the amount through the email registered on the platform and through the means of communication available on the platform, and the amount is refunded within a maximum of three business days, minus the value of the administrative fees.
• If a request to recover the unheld wallet balance is not received within a period of a maximum of 5 business days, the Tarsyah Auctions platform has the right to refund the amounts to the client without a request from them, through the account number registered in the client's wallet, and the administrative expenses for the refund are deducted.
